📦 Single Item Pickup

Got just one bulky item? We’ll take care of it!

  • Small Items (Chairs, Microwaves, Small TVs) – $50 + $10 for any additional item

  • Medium Items (Couches, Appliances, Dressers) – $$50 + $10 for any additional item

  • Large Items (Appliances, Hot Tubs, Large Furniture) – $50 + $10 for any additional item

🚛 Full Load Pricing (Based on Truck Space)

Need a bigger cleanup? We price by volume so you only pay for what we haul!

Load Size Approx. Volume Price Range

  • Minimum Load -$100-$150

  • Quarter Load - $175-$250

  • Half Load - $300-$400

  • Three-Quarter Load - $450-$550

  • Full Load (27 Cubic Yards) - $600-$850

💸 Additional Charges (a.k.a. The Fine Print You’ll Actually Want to Read)

At Haul That Away, we keep our pricing fair and upfront—but occasionally, things come up that need a little extra 💰. Below are some additional charges that might apply, depending on the situation. We promise to always keep you in the loop and never sneak up with surprises (unless it’s your birthday 🎉).

🚫 Late Cancellation Fee

We totally get that life happens—but if you ghost us last minute, our trucks (and feelings) are already on the road.

  • $25 if you cancel within 4 hours of your scheduled time.

  • $75 if we’ve already driven out to your place, GPS yelling and all.

🏋️‍♂️ Heavy or Special Item Surcharge

If it takes more than two strong humans and a prayer to move it, there may be an extra charge.

  • Think pianos, safes, pool tables, cement blocks shaped like dinosaurs—you get the idea.

  • We’ll let you know before we lift a thing (or throw our backs out).

📦 More Junk Than Expected

Our pricing is based on trailer space. If the pile grows faster than your group chat on a Friday night, we’ll need to adjust the price accordingly.

  • Don’t worry—we’ll talk before we haul.

⏱️ Access Issues or Wait Time

Locked gate? Blocked driveway? Disappearing act when we arrive?

  • We offer a 15-minute grace period, then it’s $25+ depending on the delay.

  • If we have to play hide-and-seek, we charge extra for being really bad at games.

⛽ Fuel Surcharge

Gas prices are wilder than your uncle at a wedding reception. If you’re 30+ miles outside our standard service area:

  • Fuel charge will be added based on distance, because our truck unfortunately doesn’t run on hopes and dreams.

🗺️ Out-of-Area Pickup Fee

If you live way out there—like, “Are we still in the same state?” out there—we may add a small travel fee.

  • You’ll know before we go. No surprises, no side quests.
